However, most countries worldwide continued to permit capital punishment, including most developing nations. In conclusion, who are we to decide who to kill? and who is the murdered to decide to take someone’s life? There will never be a conclusion to capital punishment until the sinful acts of the murder and capital punishment are amputated.
