…should be held accountable for the crimes that they commit but not in the form of capital punishment. People with mental retardation can’t help what they do because they don’t understand it. The evidence that I have provided proves that. They want to please everybody so they do what they’re told, whether they understand what they’re doing or not. Their mentality level doesn’t allow them to comprehend right from wrong.
