The book Catherine, Called Birdy was a good book for the most part. Throughout the book there were many strong points and weak points. One strong point was that Catherine, the main character, spoke her mind and it’s usually a good thing for girls her age who are reading this to know its okay to do so in most cases. Another weak point was that the author used too big of words for kids …

…a good part to Catherine, Called Birdy. In conclusion, I thought Catherine, Called Birdy was an okay book. I thought it had its good parts and bad. It had an excellent main character. But it also had things I didn’t understand, and bad language. Finally, I related to the characters, which is always a good thing. So basically, overall, I would read the book Catherine, Called Birdy again because it was an okay book.
