Changing Times in the United States

The United States, throughout its existence has undergone many revolutions, political movements, battles and debates. The two most influential factors in American history occurred in a very short period of time. World War I and World War II only spanned a short time period of twenty-seven years. …moved forward by abandoning neutrality, the economy endured a violent Depression and pulled itself out stronger than before, and society became much more liberal and enjoyable for American citizens. American society appeared to be taking one step forward and two steps back during this time, but in the end came out leaps ahead of any other country in the world, and proved itself to be the most powerful country in the history of the world.
