Cheerleading Woes

Cheer-lead-er (n) - one that calls for and directs organized cheering (as at a football game). All throughout my schooling, I had always thought this simple dictionary definition of a cheerleader held true. I found out in May of 2001 that it requires a lot more than a loud voice. …m the next one...hopefully I’m the next one...PLEASE LET ME BE NEXT ONE!!” but my name was never called out. A congratulations was said and the new cheerleaders went off to get fitted for a uniform. I learned that nothing will come to me without hard work. Plopping into bed is not a way to get ahead in school or work. With good planning and a excellent mentality, I can accomplish anything.
