…life while her ex-husband had nobody. At this stage I would most probably notify Docs about the abuse, and advise them that I think there is abuse, and the perpetrator is the father. The mother and her boyfriend can keep her safe because the perpetrator is not living with them. Sarah is at minimum risk if she does not see her father. I think that in this case it would be mandatory to report it.
