A coach receives little to no respect because it is hard to understand what it is a coach goes through everyday. One must only understand the barriers, obstacles, or blind spots that are in the way that hide the answers from view. This is where coaches and coaching comes in. Coaching has its drawbacks of money, parents, community, and schools. Not everyone can be a coach, but for those who are out there, they know they are helping to develop the lives of many kids into upstanding young men and women. Knowing this is perhaps the coaches’ greatest reward.
