…of deciplin. Even though is not fun, it can help bring teammates closer together when they help each other out when somebody doesn’t think they can finish a sprint or drill. Fun is what kids need. Without fun, why would kids keep playing? Fun creates unity and it keeps kids coming back. Never get a child hating practice because he might not give it his best effort. Everybody plays better when there having fun.
