Throughout this world’s great history there have been many great rulers. Though he failed, he had an idea that would later be expanded upon for post-monarchy regimes in the form of democracy. In conclusion, each of these rulers had unique reigns, but actually upon closer inspection had extreme similarities. Spanning across the European world, these particular rulers of Spain, France, and Russia each were similar and different in their own ways.
