Contributions of Louis XIV, Peter the Great and Philip II

There have been many individuals throughout history that had numerous contributions and impacts that affected their country and history of their time. Some of these people were Louis XIV, Peter the Great, and Philip II. Their contributions were political, economical, religious, and military. …conflicts and battles. The many wars fought by Philip II created a depression on the economy and caused his empire to decline, which was one of the influences on his country. These absolute monarchs had many more contributions that were great and not so great. They had many more influences with positive and negative affects. I think that their aid on society showed their strength and power, it showed that they actually were great rulers.
