They've reached a new level of corporate power. We’re either facing large companies that monopolize not only the economy but also the way of life. They’re the companies that use capitalism as a tool to get to the top and toss it in the dumpster in order to stay there. Likewise, we then have capitalism going to extremes by being simply overwhelming, and some going even further by bringing in competition to areas …

…the humane side and want to resist the development of oil, and advancement in technologies for the sake of some little tribe in South America, or some nobody that drones about his mundane life from day to day, would probably find themselves throwing a fit if gas and energy prices were raised. The world is no longer divided by geographical, language or ethnic boundaries; so much as it is corporate ones. It's all about money.
