Do you ever wonder what it would be like to be brought up in a culture different than your own? I interviewed a gentleman at my place of employment that grew up in the Dominican Republic, which is mainly a Spanish Culture. …eat rice, beans, and beef, but they also eat chicken, fruits, and vegetables. The Dominican Republic, and its people as a whole do not like outsiders. These people have established their country to what it has become, and they feel that they can make it by themselves. They value their independence.
