DEALING WITH PANIC ATTACKS

…that most women go through such experience and that hers was not unusual and as I mentioned this Kerry looked a bit relieved with my statement. We tried to explore the antecedents of the panic attacks but Kerry was not able to pin down a situation that might b causing her onset of panic attacks. At the conclusion she had a set targets to work with and was also given a cassette for relaxation exercises.
