DMX Compare and Contrast

Earl Simmons, better known to the rap world as “DMX” or “Dark Man X” has released four albums since his debut in 1998. His style of rap has been compared to rappers such as Tupac Shakur and kept him atop the rap music charts. …off with a prayer in which he, according to critics, “Cries our for acceptance, not from the media or fans but from his creator.” (James) Out of both these great albums I would choose the first one, “Its Dark and Hell is Hot” because I like it more when he raps of the cooperate world from the outside in and not from the inside out as he does in his fourth album “The Great Depression.”
