DNA in the Court

DNA DNA is somewhat new in the forensic world. Before DNA, people were tried and convicted based on fingerprint analysis, the Greiss test, and lie detectors. …tests are performed correctly and no mistakes are made in the process, DNA should be used. The problem that has arisen is the regulation of the labs. If there were a federal order for regulation, DNA in the courts would not be as big of a dilemma as it is now. Until there are regulations set on the process in which DNA is tested, it should not be allowed to be used in criminal courts.
