Dead Poets Society

The movie Dead Poets Society is about a group of teenage boys who are split between conformity and learning to think for themselves while attending Welington Academy. These boys are all highly intelligent and come from wealthy families; however, throughout the movie you see that despite the boys’ similar backgrounds, they are all very different and unique people. …but have gotten better at expressing myself thanks to a close friend of mine. I believe that Dead Poets Society is an excellent movie and teaches a great lesson on self-expression. I feel that Mr. Keating’s style of teaching is excellent; it keeps students interested and teaches them to think for themselves. I feel that teachers like Mr. Keating mold their students into better people and teach them how to live a better life.
