…money and it would help save lives around the world. It doesn’t tell people in the world if you do a serious crime you will get killed. All it does to the citizens is try to frighten them, but in most cases the criminals are on drugs and really don’t care if they get killed or not. This is the foolish punishment that any country or continent could come up with or practice.
