Death Penalty

In past years, society has looked nearly exclusively at notorious cases. For instance, the case of Stanford vs. Kentucky, wherein a seventeen-year old boy had committed the crime of murder in Kentucky. The court affirmed the death sentence and rejected Stanford’s belief that he had a constitutional right to be tried in the juvenile justice system due to his age. …been an issue which divides people under three different categories: for, against, and neither. There are people in society who live for the discussion and researching of the death penalty. Some others wish that the death penalty had never been created, and feel that the use of it is cruel and inhumane punishment. The death penalty is a topic, which will be around for many years, and in the process will take a few lives.
