“Death of a Salesman” by Arthur Miller is about a salesman named Willy who fails to understand how to be successful. Tragic characters tend to die heroically, but Willy obviously did not. “Willy Loman was a deluded salesman, whose vivid imagination is far greater than his sales ability”(Lee, 1).
