Digital Versus the Darkroom

For decades photographers have spent hours hunching over enlargers making every possible aspect of their work into the perfect print. Burning, dodging, setting filters and using dozens of pieces of printing paper to show the world as they see it. …is also cheaper and truer to the image than a scanned copy of a picture on paper, which is a huge draw for marketing professionals. Most of the photographers interviewed agree that film is much better, over all. However Digital Photography is here to stay and will become a much easier way to do commercial photography. Mr. Farley summed it up best when he said, “commercial photography will be changed by digital before art will.”
