Does King Arthur Exist?

Stories of King Arthur and his Knights of the Round Table have ensnared the minds of fantasy readers for centuries. Audiences get caught up in tales of Merlin, Guinevere, Lancelot, and everyone living in the Kingdom of Camelot. Sir Thomas Mallroy’s tale of King Arthur and his adventures is the most well known of the many about these stories. Of course, these stories are all based upon medieval times but are disregarded as fictional. …

…is laid out before the reader, it is clear that an Arthur did exist and that the legends were based around this figure. The legends were constantly second guessed as to whether his existence was true, but with recent evidence it has been proven that he did exist and that the novels based around him aren’t completely fictional, and are actually based on real events, just slightly twisted with some fantastic creatures and characters.
