…throughout the world have doll collections. Pedlar dolls and other old dolls may be seen in London's Bethnal Green Museum, a branch of the Victoria and Albert Museum. The Musee Carnavalet in Paris has rare dolls and other toys. Two fine collections are in the Germanic National Museum in Nuremberg and the German Toy Museum in Sonneberg. Both cities are historic toy making centres, and the museums have many dolls put away brand-new centuries ago.
