Effects of Nitrate on Oxygen/Goldfish

Abstract The present study was conducted to evaluate the effects of nitrate on oxygen consumption in the goldfish Carassius quaratus. The accumulation of nitrate has been noted as a potential problem because it negatively affects the way in which fish consume oxygen. Two factors will be investigated.
