…has rarely had the overbearing power shown in these other countries. In the United States we see an intentional “balance of power” between these two branches. Thus to gain support for an administration we see “negotiation” as our new tool for policy making. Ultimately, the relationships these countries have between their branches of government reflect both the governments ability to initiate change and the representation, or lack there of, for the people in that change.
