…already in enough trouble lately due to the events of 9/11. We do not need any helping the decline of the economy anymore. That is why the laws that are talked about in the article are a great idea. Not only will they protect the coral reef and sea life, but it will help protect the economy and people’s jobs. Also, hopefully this law will pass and will save future damage to the coral reefs.
