The Sea of Anglophones in North America is Not a Threat to the French Language and Culture This project addresses the question as to whether there is an actual threat to French language and culture posed by the existence of a large English-speaking majority. No, French is decidedly not drowning in an Anglophone sea, it is floating along quite nicely, thank you.
