…all I can think about is “I have fallen and I can’t get up.” From that moment on I have not pulled my arms into my shirt or jacket. I am always afraid I will trip and no one will help me up. They would just leave me to roll around on the ground. Therefore, the lesson that I have learned is to be conscious with what is going on in front of you.
