Gladiator vs Hannibal

Ridley Scott, being contemporary and innovative is one of many film directors who have a certain style that is ever present throughout their films. Gladiator and Hannibal two of Scott’s best movies do not share plot summary yet they encompass similar techniques to achieve their desired look. Another difference was that there was no real flashback in Hannibal but rather it was Clairse fading in and out of consciousness, which was symbolic because she had just been shot, and she was wondering where she was and or going. In Gladiator, it was a mere flashback of his past and memories but still accomplished the same idea of a passage of time.
