Good Vs Evil
William Golding’s novel, Lord of the Flies, is a story about a group of good English boys, who’s plane is shot down, and plummets onto a deserted island, trying to flee from war. After landing on the island, they try to organize a structure to the new society they are forced to live in. They elect Ralph as leader, and come up with a plan to be rescued, which includes setting up a
keep order in the world. This is only one interpretation of the theme, but there is room for many other interpretations as well. Overall, I would recommend this book to anyone looking to read a good novel. I think it would basically appeal to almost anyone, because the main theme of good vs. evil is something that everyone can relate to. William Golding wrote and excellent novel, and I would give it two thumbs up.
