Hamilton Versus Jefferson

It seems as if Jefferson’s ideas lasted but some of Hamilton’s ideas lasted also. Jefferson stated that “We are all Federalists” so it should be no surprise that some of Hamilton’s ideas are still in effect today. Today, the vision of the United States is a mesh of both Hamilton and Jefferson’s ideas.
