Hamlet

Shakespeare’s Hamlet is a well-known tragedy. Throughout the play, Hamlet is confused about what he’s supposed to know, what actions to take, and who to be. I will be explaining this in further detail and in order to do this, I will make reference to the three different productions of the play we watched in class. …also wonders if he should, instead, come up with a plan to prove that Claudius (King) killed his father. He decides that he’s going to fake that he’s crazy and therefore cause a distraction, allowing him to spy more on his mother and Claudius. The problem with being confused about who Hamlet should be is about Hamlet not knowing whether or not to be the honorable son and listen to his father (ghost).
