My first impression was that “Hiroshima” was going to be a boring book that will contain a lot of historic facts but when I started reading it I thought it was interesting how the author managed this theme. …really followed the life of these characters and at least for me, knowing how the fortune of these people changed because of the atomic bomb makes me think that in any instant your life can be transformed into something you did not even ask for. Also it made me see that we are lucky in not having a problem like that and that we should enjoy life more and don’t complain over little things.
