…Bantu education and it became clear that apartheid would not be accepted by majority of blacks and whites and that reforms had to take place soon. The strikes, boycotts and mass movements of the peiriod 1948-1976 culminated in the eventuall fall of aparthied in the 1990’s. It is thus clear that Black South Africans were able to resist the Aprtheid government during this peiriod and were successfull in bringing the apartheid regime to an end.
