Rumors…why do we find these fictional tales so amusing? It seems gossip exists even more prevalently in law school than it did in undergrad. Try asking, “what makes this information imperative?” Regardless of the reason, rumors prove, as professor Bridge says during his renditions of Matlock and Perry Mason, “irrelevant and immaterial” to law school and, on a broader note, life in general. Yes, Civil Procedure can almost bore you into a coma sometimes, but come on. Find something else to do with your time, like solitaire, minesweeper, or perhaps even paying attention in class.
