…this technological failure. People got caught up in the idea of the ship and didn’t think hard enough about the importance of safety of the passengers and crew. We could sit here and say, “well… if we could have just done this…or if we had just done that…” all day, but when it comes down to it, even though this tragedy could’ve been avoided, it was bound to happen sooner or later.
