…and get singled out. Sometimes there is someone that may stand up with you, just because they were too afraid to stand up themselves. Why do people do this? There must be scientific studies about it, but usually it all comes down to being accepted. No one wants to be known as the crazy person’s friend, so we stay quiet in hopes that we may melt into the crowd and not be singled out.
