…take on warfare today. This is the new way of war Biddle talks about in his essay. I support the idea of the new phase of war NATO used in Bosnia and also is using in Afghanistan against al Qaeda. We need to do something, and bombing military facilities in order to cause an impact is a great idea. The article “The New Way of War?” proposing an intelligent, smarter, newer form to wage confrontation.
