The courtroom was filled with silence as the jury foreman said the words, “We, the jury, find the defendant, John Wayne Gacy, guilty…” Gacy, Jr. was found guilty in thirty-three deaths. He also had the notoriety of being the person to be convicted of the most murders than anyone else in American history. After years of appeals, he was finally executed by lethal injection.
