Kami in “Kwaidan”

In the different stories presented in the “Kwaidan”, there were several different tales about encounters with the supernatural. One of the aspects looked at in the stories was the type of supernatural being that each story includes. In the different stories examined, there were several examples of different types of supernatural beings. By analyzing and classifying these spirits, it helps gain a better understanding of what they are and what is the cause for their existence in this world.
