…one person can commit suicide by slitting their wrist, hanging themselves, digesting lethal amounts of pills, poison, and numerous other ways to take their own life. Most of these ways are very painful ways to take ones life. Dr. Kevorkian’s assisted suicide is like falling asleep and never waking up, which is completely painless. If people are going to commit suicide regardless, at least allow them to do this it painlessly and with dignity.
