Changing into a Western Civilization In Mohandas Gandhi’s “Indian Home Rule” and Kabaka Daudi Chwa’s “Education, Civilization, and ‘Foreignization’ in Buganda” neither author seems to approve of Western civilization. Both men have their views toward Western civilization and both men express them in their articles. When something seems to be good, the impatient and lazy people jump to their feet because it will make their life easier. However, the wise and enduring individuals are the ones who see the long term effects of it and try to prevent further negative changes on their civilization.
