My Leadership Style Throughout my life I have encountered the chance to experience position of being a leader. I have experience democratic leaderships through playing on a high school football team, being apart of groups in college for class presentations, being a youth leader in my church, and also being apart of a family. …No longer can we rely solely on the technical skills and knowledge acquired from past experience, and just do it. Organizations and the environments they operate in are too complex. We have to include this other element, the art of how we relate to and engage others, if we want to be in a position to transform our organizations so they are more capable of responding to the uncertainties inherent in today’s business environment.
