In the story “Everything That Rises Must Converge,” Flannery O’Connor shows how different the ideas and values of two generations of people can be. Even though the story is very interesting to read, it contains life lessons that can help out anyone who reads the story. The lesson is to never take your loved ones for granted. They may be gone tomorrow.
