Long Journey

At a steadily slow pace, the boat creaked along the gloomy waters. The constant rolling motion of the waves wove a spell on everyone’s mind, creating a dull world where nothing ever changed except the rolling of the waves and an occasional cry from an infant. …pace, and retirement is out on the horizon for him. What a long, adventuress journey it has been for him so far, and that’s not even mentioning the wars and trials faced back in Vietnam. Still, one of his dreams is going back to Vietnam, and teaching people from his original country the skills he has learned in America. He wants to give them the same opportunity that he was fortunate enough to acquire.
