Even if marijuana use was to decrease due to prohibition, it would not mean that there would necessarily lead to a decrease in cocaine use. I hope it has become clearer that something needs to be done. Marijuana needs to be legalized both federally and from state to state in order to keep this crime against Americans from continuing to happen.
