Martin Luther

In 1517 Martin Luther began collecting money in Germany. The said, “God’s forgiveness is yours.” He had been to Rome in 1511 and saw how people were paying other people to get them God’s forgiveness. The ideas of people interpreting the Bible them selves led to the formation of the Lutheran Church. In conclusion Luther’s ways although different from those of the Roman Church were important and lead to the creation of the Lutheran Church.
