This was an unfortunate situation for the blacksmithing James Faraday. All his life he had worked to become a great blacksmith but now he found his work in vain. There was a greater production of electricity which would ultimately grow to provide power to devices like the telephone. We continue to profit from Faraday’s work today. On August 25, 1867, Michael Faraday died in his Hampton Court home. He left the world at the age of seventy-six. Without a doubt, the world would not be where it is now without his achievements.
