Monotheism Vs Polytheism

…to say that the general heightened level of morality that monotheistic religions advocate doesn’t necessarily imply that their societies are devout of virtue and peace. The narrow mind of Monotheistic religions has given many the reputations of being highly self contained, unwelcoming (like the Jews), and full of excessive religious conviction (Muslims). On this basis I along with Hume do agree that Polytheistic religions are more conducive to maintaining peace and virtue in society.
