What are morals? It seems like a stupid question but when a class full of students is asked, “What are morals?” they merely stare blankly with nothing to say. You walk down the street and see an old lady trying to cross the street. After quite a few tries’ there is finally a break so she starts walking. It is amusing watching this lady try to get across. …as that. There is no "but..." or, "except..." and that needs to be realized. A good example is when someone gets capitol punishment. How can you say murder is wrong then murder someone to punish them. We as a whole need to look at our lives and see what we have done to ourselves and the people around us from having such a confused view of our own morals and our morals together as society.
