My Idols and My Ambitions

Generally speaking, everyone has his or her idols in one way or another. And all of us know the truth that life without ambition is like a ship without a rudder. Now, as an adult, I don¡¯t think there is necessary relationship between idols and ambitions any more, but it was impossible for me to treat them respectively when I was young. In fact, in those days, my ambitions just came after my idols. …

…my ambition was never realized. To be honest, because I wasted too much time and energy in fulfilling my unpractical dream, I nearly failed in the college entrance examination. Now, I become a PhD candidate instead a PLA man or an actor. Despite this, I thank all my idols for giving passion, power and some directions to my life. After all, a ship with a rudder is surely better than a ship with no rudder.
